Position: Analyst, FICC
Location: Hong Kong, PRC
Job Responsibilities:
1. Summarize trading activities on a timely basis and lead the efforts to collect, monitor, and analyze data.
2. Assist senior team members to provide credit sales coverage to institutional and corporate clients (including but not limited to Banks, Securities Firms, Asset Management, Hedge funds) to maintain and establish mutual beneficial client relationships within the firm's targeted client base
3. Coordinate marketing efforts and materials to provide full spectrum updates on fixed income products and solutions to the firm's clients
4. Build and manage counterparty relationships to deliver solid and consistent execution results for bonds and FX products.
5. Expand Bond Connect offshore client network.
6. Work closely with traders to provide support and Asia fixed income market analysis
7. Complete ad-hoc analysis assigned by the team to help trading decisions.
8. Collate key relevant desk trading axes on a daily basis and write regular trading and market activities summaries, both for internal colleagues and for external distribution
9. Assist with post trade follow-ups by ensuring the accuracy of all entries and to ensure internal controls are followed
Qualifications
1. A master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines from a reputable university.
2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
3. Demonstrate the compliance of professional integrity and ethics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to work as part of a team.
4. Ability to multitask and work with different clients across different products and situations in a fast paced work environment
5. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, self-driven and motivated.
Department: Derivatives Trading Department
Position: Product Specialist
Location: Hong Kong
1. Assist in marketing for OTC derivatives trade, e.g. Equity options, TRS, Auto-callable structure products;
2. Liaise with various internal department for new product development and approval;
3. Handle internal and external enquires on derivative products;
4. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Finance, Financial Engineer, Mathematical Finance or related discipline(s);
2. Knowledge in derivative pricing is a must;
3. Skilled in legal and derivative documentation is a plus
4. Experience in supporting equity derivative sales, trading, and structuring front office is beneficial;
5. Fresh graduates are welcome;
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua Bilingual preferred);
7. Responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented, team player, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
