请您提供尽可能详细的信息,以帮助我们尽快核实及审阅有关投诉意见,包括但不限于(1)您的个人信息:公司名称/个人名字、电话号码、电子邮箱、账户号码(如有);和(2)投诉意见事由:事件发生时间、合同/产品/市场(名称或者代号)、交易平台。


通常情況下,我们在收到投诉意见后7日内发出确认通知,並在2个月内作出最终回复。视乎投诉的复杂程度或我们无法控制的特殊情况,评估和调查时间可能会延长。我们会及時通知您有关投诉的最新情况。

Please include as much information as possible when filing the complaint, including but not limited to (1) your personal information: your name, phone number, email address, account number (if any); and (2) the summary of the complaint: date of incident, contract/product/market (name or code), execution platform, to help us identify and review the matter as soon as possible.


It is expected that an acknowledgement of a complaint will be issued within seven days of receipt and a final response within two months under normal circumstances. Depending on the complexity of the complaint or exceptional circumstances beyond our control, there is a possibility that the assessment and investigation time may be extended. We will keep you updated on the status of the complaint.
